Savory Paleo Egg Muffins
Spinach, brie, salami and garlic egg muffins—these flavors are amazing and the combination possibilities are endless, like a mini omelet.
So easy to make and easy to store in the freezer and reheat. Great for busy mornings or snacks for a healthy protein filled treat.
Egg Muffins
10 eggs
1/4 cup sliced Brie
1/4 cup salami
2 large cloves garlic
1 cup spinach
Spices: thyme, s/p
Combine Brie, garlic, salami and spinach into food processor and set aside. Mix 10 eggs and spices together in a separate bowl. Dish out filling mixture evenly into cupcake tins. Pour eggs on top of filling and evenly distribute. Mix each cup together with a fork. Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.
